1. Cancellation by Client: Clients can request to cancel their project by sending a written notice to our designated email address at contact@digigrows.in. The following conditions will apply:

  • If the cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the cancellation request is received after work has begun, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed up to that point.

2. Cancellation by DigiGrows: We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following cases:

  • If the client violates our terms of service or fails to provide necessary cooperation or information.
  • If circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues or unforeseen events, prevent us from completing the project.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be eligible under the following circumstances:

  • If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • If DigiGrows is unable to deliver the project as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@digigrows.in along with the reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Domain registration fees, hosting fees, third-party software licenses, and any other non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.

Modification of Cancellation and Refund Policy:

DigiGrows reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
