Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the design, code, and content created by us for your project will belong to you upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio or marketing materials.
Confidentiality Any information you provide that is not publicly available will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the project’s successful completion. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may extend project timelines.
Project Revisions We will provide a certain number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Termination Either party may terminate the project or services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, you will receive the work completed up to that point, and any outstanding payments will be due.
Limitation of Liability DigiGrows.in will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or website. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold DigiGrows.in and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala.
